Times have changed from Helen Reddy singing I Am Woman Hear Me Roar ! Women are working in Corporate America, some are the breadwinners for their homes  and the men are stay at home dads. There are more conferences to attend to inspire  the women on how to be heard, to be taken seriously and to not have to sleep our way up the ladder. I attended a workshop and the guest speaker said have you ever been in a room and  there's a discussion where you know the solution but no one hears you? Yes!  Then five minutes later a male coworker paraphrases what you said and everyone hears them? Yes!  Do you feel invisible? The women young and old responded.
