Everyone is preparing for 2016. Making lists of everything that they want to change about themselves.
What about making a commitment to yourself. Saying to yourself that you are going to take better care of yourself.
You stay that you're going to go to the gym but there are always distractions. Why not make a plan for 30 minutes to dance or walk . See yourself as healthy.
What about you're running non-stop for work, the family, and you can only do fast food. You can only do a candy bar.
I had to think about it and go if the doctor called me and said we just got your test results back and have an illness that can be monitored and cured if you ate healthy. You would right?
Why does it take all that when it's your life. So this year I am making a commitment to myself and I hope you join me.
Let's eat right, let's get some walking in, and spend some time with God.
